Booking Terms and Conditions


Confirmations are effective upon receipt of the payment of the requested deposit.
Please kindly keep us updated in case of any amendment reqired.

Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non refundable.

1. Deposit Requested

Full stay prepayment (room + breakfast) is requested for confirmation.

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full deposit amount is received by bnetwork. 
If your payment is not received 8 days after the booking date, your option will be automatically released.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before August 19th, 2024, the deposit paid will be refunded via the original method of payment. 

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from August 20th, 2024, the deposit paid will not be refunded and you are committed to pay for all the nights initially reserved. The hotel may charge you for all the nights, even in case of no-show or early departure.

Cancellation fees can't be use to credit another reservation and are not refundable.

Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.

 3. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations. 
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.
• Extras will have to be paid directly at the hotel.
• All payments must be send to bnetwork before March 31st, 2022.

4. Modifications

• Name changes are without restrictions.
• You can amend your reservations directly on our website via the section "my account" on our website www.surfair.bnetwork.com or by sending us an email to alicia.castillo@bnetwork.com
